About "Don"
His expertise is starting you horse on the ground. He does some of the finest ground work that i have seen in the state of Arizona. When it is time to mount and teach from the saddle, your horse will be one of the softest and most responsive horses you have ever ridden. Dons teachings are done with Confidence, Patients and Respect towards the horse. He invites you watch as he works his magic ! He explains to you as he goes along what he is doing, so you understand. Your participation is encouraged.
About The Other "D"
My specialty is groundwork and first rides. Teaching your horse to be respectful, responsive and light. Safety on the ground is very important in my training. I understand horse behavior, and incorporate the latest research on how horses learn. I work with the very "young" to the "older" horse. I have many years experience working and training horses. In the past few years I have taken up the sport of Barrel Racing .
